Are you up for a sweaty and sexy workout challenge today? While browsing on youtube, I came across this great new exercise combo posted by sweat and the city. This high intensity workout might be short but it will surely give you a total body burn and a great sweat in only 10 minutes, you will need to push yourself really hard in order to get full benefits of this workout.
Set you Gymboss stopwatch to 2 sets of 5 minutes (after completing your first round (5min.), take a short break (about 1min.) and complete another set moving from one exercise to another, once you reach the last exercise, move back to the first exercise listed until your complete another 5 minutes.
Workout breakdown
- 10 Burpee
- 8 Push-up (or modified push-ups on knees)
- 4 alternating superman kicks
- 4 rotating squat jumps
Your goal is to complete as many reps as you can in 10 minutes!
Don’t forget to warm up before this challenge, there is a lot of jumping involved so you want to make sure that your joints are well prepared…
After completing this workout, have a nice cool down and a good stretch, and let me know how you did!
