Finally back home & fully equipped, here is what I ate on Day 9 of the “10 day eating CLEAN & LEAN Challenge“.
Grilled zucchini & eggplant with a slice of whole wheat bread topped with melted cheese & a side of green beans & sliced tomato salad topped with balsamic vinaigrette & pumpkin oil
A handful of almonds
A few fresh plums and a peach
1 cup of whole wheat pasta with veggie (mushroom, zucchini, onion, basil, tomato) & chicken sauce
2 rice crackers with 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter
