My Semi-Recovery Week was Completed with Success!
These were my set goals
- P90X2 Yoga (1-2) (DONE-2)
- P90X2 Recovery + Mobility (1-2) (DONE-1)
- P90X2 Plyocide (1) (DONE)
- Total Body Workout (1) (DONE)
Now it’s time to start my new 3-Week Challenge:
Here are my goals for this week:
- 1-2 x P90X2 Yoga
- Gluteus to the Maximus Workout (will be posting this one soon)
- 2-3 x Short High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- P90X2 Ab Ripper
- Upper Body Strength Training
