Summary of the week

Unfortunately, a felt a bit sick this week and decided to take it easy & pause my “Lean and Mean Bad Ass Machine” Challenge until this week!

Here is what I got done:

  • 2 x 12min. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Trainings)
  • 1 x 65min. P90x2 Yoga

I’m ready to get back on track this week!
