Summary of the week
- 2 x 10min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
- 1 x 30min. Upper Body Workout
It might appear as if I was not quite active this past week, but don’t get fooled by this workout log. We have been moving to our cottage house these past few days, and let me tell you that it has been everything but inactive! I did a lot of uphill lawn mowing, gardening, cleaning, heavy lifting, and general renovating. So these days are quite intense, and although I might be doing less actual “workouts”, I am working up a sweat quite often…
