Summary of the week
- 1 x 10min. Quickie Abs & Thighs
- 2 x 10min. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
- 1 x 35min. Gluteus to the Maximus Workout
I had a nice week all together, I’ve been quite active moving from the city to our cottage house and this week is going to be even more intense, so I might end up doing only 3 actual workouts…
