Summary of the week
- 1 x 20min. Intervals on Stair Climber
- 1 x 50min. Lower Body Workout
- 1 x 60min. Yoga
- 1 x 60min. Samba
- 1 x 10min. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
This week was quite exciting! In addition to switching things up in my training routine, I continued walking a couple of hours a day and I also started a new waitressing job in Montreal… that means countless hours of standing on my feet or walking (and I’m doing it full-time)! This is why I decided to add some yoga and dance in my workout schedule… I definitely don’t need to be doing super intense training sessions when I am so active on most days!
