- 2 x 10min. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
This week I was quite busy getting ready for my 6 month stay in Canada. I managed to get 3 short and powerful workouts done and I have to say that I have been quite active since my arrival in Montreal, all that walking and rushing around from one place to an other kept me busy and burning extra calories!
