The “Step It Up” Program from this month’s issue of the “Glutes” Magazine!
I’m a huge fan of SHORT AND EFFECTIVE workouts and I’ve been wanting to try out a stair climbing workout since forever. Lately I grabbed an issue of the “Glutes” training for women magazine and stumbled upon this kick ass 15min. intensive bun sculpting & mega calorie blasting program. As you will notice bellow, there are 3 levels that you can choose from depending on your current fitness level. Stair climbing is an excellent way to build strong and sexy glutes while burning 10 times more calories than you would from running on a straight surface… now that’s what I call a short and super effective training!

Are you ready? Let the climbing begin!!!
Find a set of stairs with at least 50 steps and chose one of the workouts in the table below based on your fitness level. If you don’t have access to long set of steps, find a smaller one and scale it several times. After each ascent, descent the stairs quickly but carefully, holding the railing lightly for support.
