Noticed a change in my workout schedule? It’s definitely less intensive and there is a perfectly clear explanation for that… As I mentioned last time, I started waitressing a few weeks back and let me tell you that running from one table to the other while carrying platters filled with drinks and food for long hours is no walk in the park! Actually I looked it up online and apparently 8 hours of waitressing burns up to 1800 calories, no wonder I’m maintaining my figure while eating like a (healthy) little piggy…
