Summary of the week

This past month I have put more focus on being active on a daily basis instead of doing more workouts and A LOT of sitting. What a difference it makes to move around! You can really feel and look great if you keep yourself active regularly and eat healthy clean foods (with a daily treat of course), there is no need for extreme exercising, especially not all year-long… Sometimes it’s good to give your body a break, to change things up… as athletes cannot always be preparing themselves for a competition with intensive training and detailed dieting, the regular fitness enthusiast should also have a break from time to time, it can only do you good and get you mentally and physically prepped-up for your next challenge!
