Day 15, Week 3 of “The Final Push: Fit 4 2013” Challenge
Instead of giving you a new “Lean Out” meal plan today, I’m offering you a tempting slice of pie! I’ve decided to postpone the 7-day “Final Cut” meal plan until after the Holiday season. Instead, I thought it might be more appropriate to work on our willpower. This time of the year is a great opportunity to practice mindful eating and enjoy treats in moderation. I don’t believe that going on some sort of diet would work for many of us folks anyhow, but rest assured, I will be sharing a new meal plan in January 2013!
Here are a couple helpful articles that will give you some feedback on finding the perfect balance between overindulging and feeling deprived during these festive days.
