Day 21 Week 3 of “The Final Push: Fit 4 2013” Challenge
I know It’s Christmas Eve & that you’ve got all sorts of lovely things going on, but perhaps you can squeeze in a 20 minutes butt blasting workout while your turkey is in the over!?
This workout consists of: 4 sets of 5 butt targeted exercises, both cardiovascular and muscular, that will get your heart rate up and your bum sore in no time!
Before you begin, set your time at 5 interval of 1 minute. Once you are warmed-up, start your workout by moving consecutively from one exercise to the other (no breaks until you complete 1 whole set of 5 exercises). Once you have completed your set, take a short break (about 1 minute), and repeat 2 or 3 more times. Make sure you cool down and stretch those muscles before you get back to the turkey!
