I’m impressed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that’s both educative
and amusing, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. The problem is something not enough folks are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy I came across this in my hunt for something regarding this.

Thanks for the great link to Greatist site. I do need to learn some of those new recipes, but there is a problem. Even if I know how to cook all of those cool things, I am pretty lazy when it comes to doing things in the kitchen. How do I deal with that? Do you have any good link to share with me Isa ha ha? I could definitely benefit from reading something motivational ha ha. Great share, thanks Isa.

You should check out http://www.bodybuilding.com for some meal prepping tips. I usually prepare my food for the next 3-4 days in advance so I don`t need to think about it continuously and worry about what I’ll have for my next meal!
Have a good one Jordan
