 Giveway! I was actually planning on giving away something different this time around, but it seems like my hardcore followers are really that driven and set to go with this practical little gadget! So here we go again!!!

How to ENTER the DRAW

  • Next to the “LIKE” button you will see another button with a drop-down menu, click on it and select “SHARE”

    I have just received news that my left knee is in very bad shape. As well as normal soft tissue wear and tear it is severely arthritic. My doctor is surprised at my continued activity level and attributes it to my positive attitude and tenacity. (Truly I’m just stubborn, lol) I am determined to workout to build strength in my quads and hams to support my knee joints so I can continue to maintain an active healthy lifestyle. The Gymboss would be the ultimate tool, aiding me in keeping track of my intervals while I engage my mind with my muscles and push through the pain to achieve my goals.

    I have a hard time keeping an eye on the clock at my gym when I’m trying to do different plyo and weight sets. Most of my workouts are interval based rather than rep based and this could be a God-send.

    I’ve been dreaming of a Gymboss Interval Timer for years! It seems like such a useful little gadget that makes your workouts efficient, keeps you on track, and motivated. Really really REALLY hope to win! I’ve been using the Gymboss iPhone App, which I love, too. Unfortunately, it doesn’t allow me to listen to music at the same time. Thanks for the great giveaway!     When trying to knock out a HIIT workout, I usually miss my time cues using just my watch. I get pretty wrapped up in kicking a$$ during the exercise I forget to look at my watch. The Gymboss would be the perfect tool to remind me to move to the next interval.
