bikini fitness model progress

It`s time to get some updates from Sam’s journey to becoming a bikini fitness competitor! She is already looking so great at 14 weeks away from her big day! You go girl!!

Hello everyone!!
This week I want to share with you some of my favorite meals/creations!!
Last night I made some delicious CLEAN cookies! Only a few ingredients! 1 cup quick oats, 1/2 can pure pumpkin, 1/8 cup flour, 2 tbsp cinnamon, and a handful of cranberries or raisins! Mix all ingredients together and bake for 10 mins at 375 degrees! These cookies are not only super easy to make but healthy too!
I love quick and easy meals because I am constantly on the go between school, work, and the gym! One of my other nearly favorite meals is cottage cheese paired with granola and fruit! So tasty and healthy! You can also substitute plain Greek yogurt for the cottage cheese as well! Such a great post workout snack/meal!
Being healthy isn’t about being boring and eating the same plain foods all of the time. You can experiment and come up with some pretty cool creations such as I have that taste great while being healthy too. So get in the kitchen and try some recipes of your own! :)

    Hi Samantha!
I just read your weight loss post.
You can read so many on social media and blogs, but I think your weight loss journey is just amazing.
Being a 20-something girl to, I admit that being in college it is not always easy to make healthy choices. There are temptations everywhere, so it’s easy just to get something from the school cafeteria. Unfortunately, these are not always the healthiest options….

It’s funny how you described your introduction with Zumba, because it looks like the same as mine. I always thought that Zumba was stupid, but what was I wrong!
At the moment I go to the Zumba 2 times in a week and I enjoy every minute of it.
It’s really incredibly that you become a Zumba instructor by yourself! That must be awesome!

During your weight loss, did you do also other exercises? And how did your diet look back then?

I wish you the best with your journey to becoming a bikini fitness competitor!
    You go girl!!

    XO Marcella
