There is absolutely no denying the fact that Alexis Ren has one of the most amazing bodies in Hollywood and on international catwalks.
She has amazed the fitness and fashion world, ever since her appearance on Maxim’s August 2017 cover, followed by a feature in Sports Illustrated’s 2018 Swimsuit Edition.
But what most people don’t realize is how much work and effort models like Alexis Ren put into their daily diet and workout routines. Yes, they have personal trainers and dieticians available at all times, but they still have to put in the sweat and tears.
I’ve been following Alexis on Instagram and Twitter for a while now, and I decided to collect some information about her routines and share it with you as ideas and inspiration for your own weight loss goals.
One reason I love Twitter is that you can get really simple ideas in a short statement. Sometimes you don’t need a long and elaborate explanation, and Alexis has perfected her Twitter feed for these types of tips.
Here are a few tips that I’ve really enjoyed:
The Alexis Ren Diet Plan
If you want a body like Alexis, then it all has to start with the diet. This is something so many people underestimate, and I keep repeating the fact that 70% of your health and fitness goals come from eating healthy food, and only 30% comes from exercise.
Fortunately, Alexis is more than willing to share recipes and pictures of the meals she eats on social media, covering everything from breakfast to evening snacks.
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Snacks
I’ve tried a lot of these recipes, and they are surprisingly filling and provide tons of nutrition you’ll need for the training routine.
Now let’s take a look at how dedicated Alexis is to her body.
Alexis Ren Workout Routine
I’ve heard Alexis in interviews speak about the fact that she aims to exercise at least 5 days a week. But when I took a closer look at her daily social media feed, then I noticed that a day off from training for her actually still involves a short run, yoga, and pilates - this could explain why she has good posture.
What other people might call a pretty intense day, is a relaxing recovery day for Alexis, and that explains a lot.
On the other days, she tries to mix things up a lot to avoid getting bored. But it generally means getting up at 6 am to go running or straight to the gym for some weight training.
This will almost religiously involve her now famous 10-minute ab routine. Check out the video if you haven’t seen it yet; just watching it will cause most people to break into a sweat.
She also likes going to fitness classes, including Spinning and CrossFit and would not be a stranger to kickboxing. In the afternoons she enjoys going hiking, and heading off for several hours at a time is a regular adventure for her.
AIn order to maintain that lean and ripped body shape, she also relies on some important supplements.
What Supplements Does Alexis Take?
She makes absolutely no secret of the fact that she sometimes struggles to get all the nutrients she needs, and with a busy lifestyle of a lot of traveling and photo shoots, it can be a challenge on an almost daily basis.
Here are some of the things she takes almost every day.
1. Fat Burner
Alexis uses LeanBean, a women's fat burner on a daily basis to help her maintain her fit body. Remember, they only help if you have your diet and exercise routine on point.
If you want to get the fastest results to achieve that beach body, then it’s an absolute must-buy.
It's also made from vegan-friendly fat burning ingredients.
2. Protein
Alexis prefers vegan protein powder not because she lives a vegan lifestyle, but because the blends she prefers give her a cleaner and broader range of amino acids.
They can also be easier on the stomach resulting in less bloating.
3. Collagen
As a model, her skin and hair have to always look their best.
And collagen is one of the most important types of protein that supports a healthy appearance.
But it’s also important for connective tissue and joints which are under constant strain from her training.
4. Probiotic
Despite having a very balanced and wholesome diet, her travel schedule can result in many disruptions to her regular eating schedule.
To help avoid the bloating and cramping that such a lifestyle can cause, probiotics are the ideal solution.
5. Digestive Enzymes
Along with probiotics, Alexis takes digestive enzymes, especially when she travels abroad and eats foods that she isn’t used to.
One thing she cannot afford is an upset stomach while on a hectic photo shoot.
Conclusion
As you can see, the Alexis Ren diet plan and fitness regime requires a lot of time, dedication, and hard work, but the results speak for themselves.
I have worked with clients who have taken a lot of her tips and adapted them to their busy family lives with quite some success.
If you follow her on social media, then you will completely understand what this looks like on a daily basis.
And for those of you that have tried her 10-minute workout, please share your experience and maybe even some before and after photos on our Facebook page.
