The MFS platform is all about movement, flow & functionality – it’s about fueling your body, mind and yes, spirit, with vibrant life energy & designing an empowering lifestyle where YOU become your own super-hero!


This isn’t your typical fitness blog – I want to inspire you to create an authentic, bold & rewarding life where you get to celebrate your full potential and stand into your true power!

MOVE . PLAY . MANIFEST is our Mantra and it can be summed up in a few basic, yet powerful notions:

  • Move your body – we fellow humans were designed to MOVE, to be active, to sweat, tense our muscles, stretch – it’s no secret. No need to overcomplicate fitness when in fact it all start with MOVEMENT. It’s a beautiful thing & it is truly essential for proper brain function, hormonal balance, happiness & optimal health. Dance, run, skate, hula hoop, lift heavy shit, flow into your Vinyasa – whatever gets your groove on!
  • Fuel your Body – Once again, an area where many people feel overwhelmed, confused & even frustrated is diet & nutrition. We have been over flooded with countless theories, concepts & philosophies contradicting one another on how we should be eating, we’ve become masters at complicating the most simple and natural thing – nourishing ourselves. My advice? Just Eat Real Food (most of the time) – there is no way our bodies can function without proper fuel & we wonder how in the world we’ve become so sick, fat and depressed? The BS stops here. Simplify honey – JERF (Just Eat Real Food)!
  • Live a life of Purpose & Excitement – Hell yeah, this one is just as essential to designing a life that you freakin’ LOVE! Don’t be ashamed of having a desire for more, more meaning, more abundance, more connection, more FUN! Remember all those things you wanted to do in life, it’s time to get out there and DO them honey!
  • Love thy Self – it all boils down to honoring & embracing yourself as a whole. Screw the fad diets, the quick fixes, the meaningless hunt for outer approval and start celebrating yourself unapologetically! Gotta love yourself first #selflove is the best love peeps!
