Features include a user-friendly food and fitness tracker, a 24/7 online coach to assist you if needed, an in-app social media platform called “Connect” that allows you to share progress with other users & your own personal weight and daily activity dashboards.
Weight Watchers also has features to help you find workshops near you and an exclusive fitness workout from Aaptiv, a popular fitness app.
What Is the Difference Between Weight Watchers and Noom?
The main fundamental difference between Weight Watchers and Noom appears to be that, Noom looks to be aimed at millennials while Weight Watchers appears to lean towards an older audience.
The features on both reflect this also, with Noom feels to be more easy to use and slimmed down app and Weight Watchers looking more mature to the eye.
While Weight Watchers appears to focus more on social interaction and workshops outside of the app itself, Noom provides a flexible way to get advice from a coach and focuses mainly on you.

Both Noom and Weight Watchers both give great options when it comes to dietary and food intake focus.

Weight Watchers coaches are people who have been through what you are experiencing and are quite often ‘success stories’ of their own. Meaning that they are coaches that you can relate to and may make it easier for you to follow along.

Because Noom is focused more on the long term weight loss goals and a sustainable plan, I find it more appealing and helpful especially if you struggle with starting a diet or workout plan and not pushing through with it.
It's the professional guidance of the coaches and the accountability that could really pick you up, motivate you, and push you through achieving your weight loss goals.
Plus, the food log is more comprehensive and the app is straightforward and simple.
