About My Fit Station

My Fit Station is not your typical fitness blog.

Sure, we talk about eating healthy and working out. But this site is more than just hearty food and exercise.

My Fit Station is about celebrating YOU.

We aim to inspire you to create an authentic, bold, and rewarding life where you get to beat the drum as you attain your full potential and stand up to take your real power!

And it all starts with the most powerful part of you -- your MIND.

My Fit Station focuses on motivation and willpower to allow you to follow a healthy lifestyle and sustain it for the long term. Yes, we’re not into quick weight loss tactics or crash diets that mess up your system.

We are passionate about empowering people to lead their best lives through fitness.

The idea of keeping fit is a wholistic process -- nourishing the mind, body, and spirit with reverberating energy to create a fruitful life.

My Fit Station will teach you:

How to move your body.

There’s no need to overcomplicate fitness -- you simply have to MOVE! Humans are designed for movement; we need to move for proper brain function, hormonal balance, happiness, and optimal health.

Dance, run, skate, hula hoop, lift heavy shit, flow into your Vinyasa -- whatever gets your groove on!

Ways to fuel your body.

We eliminate the confusion -- the countless theories and philosophies you’ve been fed about diet and nutrition that are contradicting and simply don’t make sense. Fueling our bodies should be a natural thing!

Our advice? Just Eat Real Food (JERF) as much as you can and everything else will make sense.

How to live a life of purpose and excitement.

Don’t be ashamed of having a desire for more -- more meaning, more abundance, more connection, more FUN! Remember all those things you wanted to do in life, it’s time to get out there and DO them.

Living life with purpose and excitement is essential in designing a life you love.

To love yourself.

It all boils down to honoring and embracing yourself. Ditch the fad diets, quick fixes, and meaningless hunt for validation.

Start celebrating YOU for you unapologetically! #SelfLove is the best love.

her pre-pregnancy weight felt like a brawl.

She was riddled with different types of minor ailments, which ultimately led to depression.

Being in the media marketing of various health companies over the years, Judith came to the conclusion that people have different ways of keeping fit and healthy, and no one

way is absolute as most of these companies would claim.

My Fit Station helped Judith understand the importance of putting yourself first above everything else, especially when it comes to health and fitness.
