What I ate on Day 10 of the “10 day eating CLEAN & LEAN Challenge“.

Bowl of fresh fruits (grapes, banana, plums, peaches) topped with yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp. of peanut butter and 1/2 tbsp. of honey

Grilled veggie omelette (shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, onions) served with 2 rice crackers & fresh cucumber/tomato salad topped with pumpkin oil

Rice cracker peanut butter sandwich (1 tbsp.)

Veggie & bean stew (onion, potatoes, carrots, kale, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli)

2 cups of grapes
