This high-intensity Surfer Chick Workout might be short but it will surely give you a total body burn and a great sweat in only 10 minutes, you will need to push yourself really hard in order to get the full benefits of this workout.
Surfer Chick Workout breakdown
- Burpee
- Push-up
- 4 alternating superman kicks
- 4 rotating squat jumps
Your goal is to complete as many reps as you can in 10 minutes!
